The Andhra Pradesh Generation Corporation Limited (APGENCO) has invited bids for a 10 MW grid connected solar and wind hybrid power project with an estimated electricity tariff of Rs3/kWh.
Planned for the village of Ramagiri in Anantipur district, the project will be developed on a build, own, operate and transfer basis on land owned by the state power company. The successful bidder will sign a 25-year power purchase agreement with APGENCO with the power generated by the project sold to state utilities.
