As the Indian Railways’ first privately-operated train Tejas Express is all set to be flagged off from the New Delhi Railway Station next month, all eyes are on the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) for what special dishes it will offer in its all-new catering services to travellers in AC chair car and executive class coaches.
In what comes as a big Dusshera gift to passengers, Indian Railways has announced that Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrims will be able to travel between Delhi and Katra by Vande Bharat Express. This would be the second Vande Bharat Express in the country, the first running between Delhi and Varanasi.
