Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court on Tuesday disposed of a PIL opposing Adani Group’s plans to set up a mine in Lohara west area which is located close to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR).
A division bench comprising justices Sunil Shukre and Shreeram Modak decided to end the nine-year-old PIL after petitioners counsel Neeraj Khandewale informed that the Union ministry had already cancelled the coal block allotted to the Adani group.
