The Centre would sanction Rs 3,000 crore for two National Highway projects in Kerala, Union Transport and Shipping minister Nitin Gadkari said Tuesday.
Speaking at a function at nearby Eranholi in Kannur district after laying the foundation stone of the projects,he said the total cost of two projects would be Rs 3,000 crore.
He assured that the projects would be cleared, though some objections had been raised.
Gadkari said he had discussed the matter with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan earlier in the day. Read more
