Chhath Puja, one of the most popular festivals of Bihar is around the corner and major railway stations are witnessing a huge rush of passengers. This time of the year yields maximum rush as people can be seen packing themselves into train coaches.
Chhath Puja is an ancient Hindu festival and celebrated every year with full elation in in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand and in the eastern parts of the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Chhath puja is celebrated on the sixth day during the month of Kartik. This year it will be celebrated from 24th October to 27th October.
