At a time when Manohar Lal Khattar-led BJP government is patting its back for reforms in electricity distribution companies, former minister and Congress MLA from Palwal Karan Singh Dalal on Thursday unveiled a 358-page charge sheet while alleging rampant corruption in the department. Khattar holds the portfolio of power ministry.
While addressing the mediapersons here, Dalal said that he would submit the charge sheet to the Haryana governor as well as the office of comptroller and accountant general of India for the purpose of a probe and an audit of the electricity distribution companies.
