After remaining unchanged from Tuesday’s rates on Wednesday, fuel prices were again slashed on Thursday with petrol retailing at Rs 71.32 per litre, a fall of Rs 0.40 and diesel at Rs 65.96 per litre which was a fall of Rs 0.43. In Mumbai, petrol and diesel were being sold at Rs 76.90 per litre and 69.02 per litre, respectively.
In Chennai, petrol was retailing at Rs 73.99 per litre and diesel Rs 69.63 per litre. In Kolkata, petrol was sold at Rs 73.36 per litre and diesel at Rs 67.69 per litre. Petrol was retailing at Rs 70.34 a litre in Gurugram, while diesel at Rs 65.07 a litre. In Noida and Faridabad, petrol was being sold for Rs 70.96 a litre and Rs 70.61, respectively. While, diesel was retailing at Rs 65.07 a litre and Rs 65.31, respectively.
