Fuel rates continued to dip further on Friday. The revised rates of petrol and diesel in Delhi stood at Rs 78.06 per litre (decrease by 15 paise per litre) and Rs 72.74 per litre (decrease by 15 paise per litre) respectively.
Petrol and diesel rates were slashed in Mumbai too. The rates of petrol and diesel as per Monday stood at Rs 83.57 per litre (decrease by 15 paise per litre) and Rs 76.22 per litre (decrease by 16 paise per litre) respectively.
Rates have been on the decline since October 18.
Petrol price had touched a record high of Rs 84 per litre in Delhi and Rs 91.34 in Mumbai on October 4. Diesel on that day had peaked to Rs 75.45 a litre in Delhi and Rs 80.10 in Mumbai. Read More
