Haryana Floats Two Tenders for 73 MW of Solar Capacity

Through two tenders, the Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited (HPGCL) has called developers to build 73 MW of grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in the state. The bid-submission deadline for both the tenders is July 17, 2019.

HPGCL has tendered 57 MW of grid-connected solar PV projects to be set up at three different locations. A 30 MW grid-connected solar PV project will be set up at new ash dyke area, FTPS Faridabad, 15 MW will be set up near ash dyke DCRTPP, Yamuna Nagar, and a 12 MW project will be set up at WYC Hydel, Yamuna Nagar.

These grid-connected solar PV projects will be set up on a build operate and transfer (BOT) basis. This is an international competitive tender, and the successful bidder will provide operation and maintenance services for 25 years. Read More
