The deadline for bidding in a 3-GW solar tender linked with 1.5 GW of annual manufacturing capacity in India has been extended once again — to May 31, 2019.
This is the fourth deadline extension of the tender, which was launched by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) at the end of January. The agency made the update last week, saying it plans to open the techno-commercial proposals after the end of bidding on May 31.
SECI initially sought proposals by March 18 but later extended the deadline for participation three times, to April 4, April 22 and May 14, respectively. Read More
