For Indian Railways passengers, one more facility has been added to provide them better travel experience and that too, being heard immediately in case they find that food served is not hygienic or coaches are not cleaned or even that train is delayed or running very late. Railways passengers can lodge their complaint in real time through Real time Monitoring System (RTMS).

The software has also been connected with the base kitchens of the Indian Rail Catering and Tourism Corp (IRCTC) following complaints regarding the quality of food served on trains.
Indian Railways has unveiled this software to help Railway Minister Piyush Goyal to keep a track of punctuality of trains as well as freight and passenger earnings – and much more – from anywhere in the country. Read More
