With rains persisting over various parts of the country, some regions have become extremely vulnerable to weather’s extremes and this has caused Indian Railways to reschedule trains, much to the disappointment of travellers. The normal schedule of Indian Railways trains in these parts has gone for a toss.
LTT Bhubaneshwar Express (train number 12879) which has a scheduled departure time of 0.15 was rescheduled to 4 am on Wednesday, which caused a delay of three hours and 45 minutes. Again, the LTT Gorakhpur Express which had to be rescheduled from its departure time of 5.50 pm to 9 pm, causing a delay of three hours and 10 minutes, Central Railway tweeted. Read More
