IRB Infra has emerged as preferred bidder for Rs3,400cr road project for six-laning of Hapur bypass to Moradabad section of NH 24 in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
The project is on design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis under National Highways Development Project’s phase V project.
The concession period of the project is 22 years, including construction period of 910 days. The length of project is ~99.9km.
The company has offered premium of Rs31.5cr to NHAI to be payable from fourth year from the appointed date in terms of the Concession Agreement. Upon award of this project, the company’s construction order book stands at ~Rs15,300cr. Read More…
