The juwi Group, a German developer and engineering procurement & construction (EPC) company, has built a 135 MW DC utility-scale solar power project for Energon Soleq Ravi India Power Resources Pvt Ltd in the state of Karnataka.
The project is spread across 243 hectares and is located near the village of Guttigoli in Karnataka’s Belgaum district. juwi India will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the solar power project, which is expected to generate more than 226 million kWh of electricity every year.
It is estimated that approximately 122,743 tons of carbon dioxide emission will be cut annually with the help of this solar project.
