With the new month starting today, there are four changes to take place this month which will directly impact your monthly household budget. These include price hike in subsidized and non-subsidized LPG cylinder, time-varying charges for RTGS transaction, hike in AC train fares and RBI’s second bi-monthly monetary policy.
1. LPG cylinder price: The price of subsidized LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 1.23 per cylinder to Rs 497.37 in the national capital Delhi. While the price of non-subsidized LPG is increased by Rs 25 per cylinder to Rs 737.50 from Rs 712.50 in May.
Similarly, the subsidized LPG cylinder will cost Rs 500.52 in Kolkata, Rs 495.09 in Mumbai and Rs 485.25 in Chennai. These new rates are applicable from June 1, 2019, according to data available on Indian Oil Corporation website. Read More
