The commercial connection cylinder will come for Rs 1,175 of which Rs 800 will be refundable security. Gurdeep Singh Chawla, district nodal officer Lucknow for PM Ujjwala Yojana, said that no documentation will be required for the purchase of such a cylinder, called ‘Appu’ by Hindustan Petroleum.
