Indian PV manufacturer and EPC firm Vikram Solar has been selected by national utility NTPC Limited to build a 140MW solar plant project at Bilhaur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
A 283-hectare area has been allotted for the project. NTPC Limited has plans to install a 225MW solar plant in Uttar Pradesh state and Vikram Solar has been selected to commission the first phase of 140MW project and it is expected to be complete by September 2020.
