ONGC today handed over Rs 6.78 crore for “clean Tirumala” initiative under Swachh Bharat Mission to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, which governs the famous temple of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala near here.
This was the first instalment of Rs 13 crore offered by the central public enterprise to the temple as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
