Panic broke out when Manduadih Express heading from Varanasi towards New Delhi suddenly halted at Bharthana station as one of its coaches caught fire on Tuesday morning.
Railway sources confirmed that one of the compartments of New Delhi bound Manduadih express caught fire when train left Kanpur Central railway station late on Monday night.
Train was halted at Bharthana police station.
Railway technical department team rushed to the spot and corrected the fault following which train departed around 0900 hours from the station. Read More…
