Petrol prices fell across the country while oil marketing companies kept diesel prices unchanged on Wednesday. In major cities of the country, petrol price fell by 6 paise per litre. In the national capital Delhi, petrol is sold at Rs 70.38 per litre as compared to Rs 70.44 a litre on Thursday while diesel is stable at Rs 65.56 a litre, according to data from Indian Oil Corporation website.
After today’s rate revision, in Mumbai, the retail prices of petrol and diesel are Rs 76.02 a litre and Rs 68.65 a litre respectively. Petrol was sold at Rs 76.08 a litre while the price of diesel was Rs 68.65 per litre in Mumbai on Thursday.
