The central government is all set to roll out ‘Saubhagya – Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana’, a programme focused on the government’s stated intent to provide power to all by May 2018.
At a press conference, Power Minister Piyush Goyal also talked about a slew of other promises that the Modi government wishes to fulfil along with enlisting its achievements in the three years of governance.
Goyal told the media that Modi’s vision of a “new India” and “clean India” was the primary focus of the national executive meet. He added that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) strongly condemns the violence in West Bengal and Kerala. Read More…
