To provide a one-time opportunity to defaulting consumers, including government departments with running or disconnected supply, to get their default amounts settled, the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has launched the ‘one-time settlement’ (OTS) scheme.
Except for agriculture power (AP) or tubewell connections, all other categories of consumers will be eligible for the OTS. The scheme introduced by a commercial circular (32/2019 dated June 13, 2019) will remain open for six months (till December 12, 2019).

Similarly, all government departments who have defaulted in payment of bills but were not disconnected in public interest could avail the scheme. Read More
