Factory workers of Renusagar Power Plant in Uttar Pradesh’s Sonbhadra are on an indefinite strike. The strike turned violent when police baton charged on thousands who were sitting in protest.
They also fired shots in the air to disperse the protesting crowds. The workers are protesting for improved wages and other facilities as part of their work situation at the plant. Read More
