An application filed by TOI under the Right To Information (RTI), seeking details of the proposed rail coach factory at Latur, has failed to evoke any response from the Central Railway even after the stipulated deadline.
Earlier, all attempts to get information about the multi-crore project from the railways were unproductive as the authorities did not entertain media queries.
The central public relations officer (CPRO) of the Central Railway failed to comply with stipulated deadline of 30 days while responding to the aforesaid RTI application. Read More
