Samajwadi Party national president and former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav on Monday directed district chiefs of his party to stage protests at collectorates across Uttar Pradesh on Thursday to protest the hike in power tariff by the government of Yogi Adityanath.
SP state president Naresh Uttam said Yogi Adityanath’s government had concealed the power hike proposal during the civic polls, and cheated people a day after the elections got over.
