The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has amended its Request for Selection (RfS) for setting up of 2 GW grid-connected solar PV power projects in India (Tranche-I) under the CPSU scheme phase-II (Government Producer Scheme) for a second time.
SECI had issued the RfS document for the selection of Solar Power Developers (SPD) for the 2000 MW solar projects in March. Earlier this month, SECI has issued the first amendment for the RfS, bringing down the minimum capacity allocated to a bidder shall be 1 MW (10 MW earlier) and the maximum allocation to a single bidder shall be 2000 MW.
