More than 110 Chinese companies attended a seminar here on business opportunities in the solar sector in India aimed at wooing Chinese manufacturers to invest in India, an embassy statement said on Tuesday.
The seminar organised by the embassy of India in Beijing in association with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) was aimed at promoting Request for Selection Documents (RfS) project floated by SECI among prospective Chinese investors.
It was attended by more than 150 delegates from more than 110 Chinese companies, financial institutions and banks.
