Given the high demand being witnessed for Araku tourism, the special passenger introduced for one week from November 28 to December 4 would be extended another week bringing cheers to the tourists.
The rail-cum-road special package introduced by Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited in association with Waltair Division of East Coast Railway has been evoking good response from the public.
With the calling off the train commuting to Araku due to damage of Kottavalasa-Kirandul line in October this year, the move came as a dampener to tourists during the peak season and bringing down the footfalls drastically. Read More…
