Sterlite Power today announced it has received a $47 million order from GS Group of South Korea for supply of a High-Performance Conductor.
The conductor will be used for a new 400 Kv transmission line across a route length of 169 kilometers on a Power Grid Company of Bangladesh project.
“This is the largest ever global order for High-Performance Conductor (ACCC) in this region,” said Manish Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer, Solutions Business, Sterlite Power. “We expect to double the volume by focusing on the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and other countries,” he added.
