The loan sanctioned by Ms Chanda Kochhar of ICICI Bank to Mr. Venugopal Dhoot of sick company VIDEOCON was Rs.3250 CRORES by a consortium of over 21 banks. The money transfer Mr. Deepak Kochhar received from UNKNOWN source based in Mauritius was Rs.325 CRORES. In UAE all would have got a jail term of over 500 years for cheating a bank. But in India, they are celebrities and rewarded every year by Indian Chamber of Commerce, FICCI, Women Forums. The reason is India is a highly corrupt nation of celebrities.
