Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy government on Thursday slammed Telegu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu for claiming that there were no irregularities in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) signed by the former government.
Speaking to media persons here, YSRCP MLA and government chief whip Gadikota Srikanth Reddy alleged that former chief minister Naidu had taken commissions from the power companies for PPAs. “Naidu had taken commissions from the power companies for PPAs and this is why he is speaking in support of them,” he said.
On Wednesday, TDP chief had attacked the YSRCP government for its decision to renegotiate the power purchase agreements (PPAs) for solar and wind projects signed during the five-year tenure of the erstwhile government. Read More
