A bio fuel refinery, the first of its kind in India, set up at the Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) in Assam, will soon process bio fuel from bamboo, abundantly found in Arunachal Pradesh, Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said on Friday.
The Arunachal Pradesh government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NRL for sourcing three lakh tonnes of bamboo per year from the frontier state. Read More…
