In a bid to iron out differences over the crucial issue of daily revision of petrol and diesel prices, India’s three state-run Oil Marketing Companies will meet representatives of the petroleum dealers association on Tuesday.
The petrol pumps dealers’ bodies have raised concerns over the new system of dynamic pricing which is to come into effect beginning Friday. During the meeting, the oil companies – Indian Oil Corp (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corp (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL) – will address the concerns, an oil company executive told ETEnergyWorld.
