ONGC Tripura Power Co (OTPC) posted a 9-fold jump in its annual net profit in 2016-17 and also announced a maiden dividend within two years of commencement of full operations.
OTPC, a joint venture company of state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), IL&FS, IDFC and the Tripura government, saw net profit jump to Rs 130.45 crore in 2016-17, from Rs 12.96 crore in the previous year, the company said in a statement here.
Turnover rose 20 per cent to Rs 4,170 crore. Read More…
