Energetic rail minister Suresh Prabhu was into marathon inauguration of various rail projects in the state on Tuesday. During various inagurations at Sardarshahar and in Jaipur here he promised to complete 24 different projects costing nearly Rs 34,000 crores in the state and announced some new trains and its extensions.
“In the year 2013-14 the provisions of rail budget for the state was nearly Rs 682 crores which was increased upto 183 percent in next 2 years. Presently Rajasthan has running projects costing around Rs 34,000 crores. It is a state of businessman thus I will leave no stones unturned to benefit its people and work together with the state government under the leadership of state chief minister, Vasundhara Raje,” Prabhu said while speaking at Jaipur Junction station on Tuesday.
