Pondikote, Odisha: Tilotama (19) wanted to help the younger children in her village with their studies. She always wanted to be a teacher.
But by the time she would come back from college and finish her studies it would already be dark. Her village has electricity, but the voltages are too low and supply too erratic for students to study properly.
