Reliance Industries and BP have announced a partnership to increase gas output form KG-D6 with an investment of Rs 40,000 crore. The question is what this means to gas importer and regasifier Petronet LNG.
RK Garg, Director-Finance, Petronet LNG welcoming the new partnership between RIL and BP, says with the government targeting to increase the consumption of natural gas in the overall energy basket, there is a need for more domestic natural gas. Read more
