Schneider Electric has appointed Meenu Singhal as the Vice President of its industry business.
In his new role, Singhal will be responsible for accelerating Schneider Electric’s growth with a focus on automation of industries and will drive the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform across businesses, the company said in a release.
“Meenu joins us at a time when businesses are looking at leveraging the Make in India campaign to develop India as a hub of global manufacturing. Meenu’s immense experience will facilitate a front-end delivery from our businesses to this critical requirement in the market,” said Anil Chaudhry, managing director and country president, Schneider Electric India.
Singhal has over 26 years of experience in the field of automation. Following his graduation as Electrical Engineer he took a post graduate degree in Marketing Management from IMT, Ghaziabad.
