Superfast Mumbai-Karmali Tejas Express is not named superfast for nothing. It lived up to its tag when it left the Karmali station three hours late and yet reached Mumbai CST a little before its scheduled arrival time. The run is part of monsoon service of the train which started yesterday.
Under the monsoon time table, the Tejas runs thrice a week from Mumbai and leaves from Karmali in Goa the next day. It halts at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri and Kudal stations. The monsoon service will end on October 31.
