Three wagons of a goods train derailed today morning near a bridge on the Utangan river in Bah area of Agra district.
The guard of the goods train was injured in the incident, officials said.
A team of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) reached the site on the Agra-Etawa rail route which passes by former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s ancestoral village – Bateshwar.
Railway officials at the Agra divisional office said work was going on to fix the track.
